Each Teen Entrant must be at least 15 years of age and
no older than 18 years of age on January 1st of 2015.

Each Jr. Teen Entrant must be at least 12 years of age
and no older than 14 years of age on January 1st of 2015.

Please contact your state director for information on pageants in your state.

How to Enter:

There are two options for entering The Miss Teen America and Jr. Teen America Pageant.

1. Enter and win your state pageant. Please follow this link to find out if your state has a state pageant.

2. Become an at-large contestant.  This gives you all the benefits of a state titleholder, without having to compete in and win your state pageant.  State delegates will be chosen by the National Selection Committee based on your completed application and photo. Pay your $50 non-refundable application fee and submit your application online.

The application fee is not included in your sponsorship fee. Deposit will be returned if you are NOT accepted.

For your convenience, we provide two ways to apply:

1. Download the application information packet.
Print, fill out the personal hisotry form, and mail it in with your $50 deposit. To successfully view this the packet, you'll need a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may download it now by (clicking here):

2. ENTER ONLINE TODAY BY FOLLOWING THESE THREE STEPS

A. Pay your $50 APPLICATION FEE by filling out the information below and making your PayPal Payment.
B. Click HERE to fill out your Personal History Form
C. Email your photo to: National Coordinator

Pageant Expenses 2015

Jr. Teen Sponsorship fees are $695 and Teen Sponsorship fees are $895

Sponsorship Fee includes ALL mandatory areas of the competition:

  • Interview, Modeling, Fitness, and Evening Wear
    * There is no swimsuit or talent competitions
  • Official Miss Teen America State Crown & Embroidered Sash
  • Full All About Me Feature in the Teen America Program Book

What is NOT included:

  • Delegates room with their family/adult chaperon.
  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals
  • Family and friends may attend all our events as well, but they will be responsible for purchasing all their tickets.
  • Delegates are responsible for selling a full page advertising for the program book.


Who are sponsors and why do you need them?

Sponsors help pay pageant expenses including prizes, awards, crowns, banners, judges' expenses and chaperones and staff expenses, ballroom rental, staging, lighting, sound, flowers, program books, advertising, administrative expenses, national pageant sponsorship fees. Anyone, including family members, or any business may sponsor a contestant. Your sponsor fees are tax-deductible for businesses.

Sponsorship Fees must be paid in full before Crowns and Banners are shipped

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Payment plans are available.



What about clothing?

Competition clothing: Interview suit or dress, aerobic wear outfit, evening gown, and a modeling outfit of your choice...must be teen trendy. You will also be required to purchase one production number outfit. We try very hard to keep the cost down so they are usually some really cute outfits that you would be able to wear again.

Rehearsals: Please dress comfortably for rehearsals.
