Issue of Concern:
Literacy and education among young people is a cause that is near to my heart. I know my love for reading from a very young age has profoundly affected my academic achievements. I would love to help children develop a passion for reading because it is my hope that it will make them successful students.

Reading, traveling, shopping, going to concerts, and community service.
To graduate from Vanderbilt University with a major in Political Science, with the opportunity to work at a political office.
I live with my parents and two older brothers. For fun, I enjoy reading a good book series, shopping or hanging out with my friends. I also love traveling, and have had the opportunity to go to Australia, New Zealand, and Costa Rica. Community service is very important to me and I have been awarded two Gold Presidential Service Awards for my work with the Special Olympics, Toys for Tots, Ronald McDonald House and other organizations. I am a senior in High School; I cannot wait to graduate and attend Vanderbilt University to major in Political Science.
